If I mix baby powder with moisturizer and put it on my face, will I appear paler?

And how can I naturally lighten my skin? I know about SPF and a hat and what not.If I mix baby powder with moisturizer and put it on my face, will I appear paler?
Yeah it will work but it will work better if you put a moisturizer on, and then lightly dust over it w/ the baby powder w/ a fluffly blush brush.
