ive had this pressed base coverup for 3 years and only used it 4 times with a brush that ive used in other powders though?
i have SEVERE CYSTIC ACNE and was wondering if it would be ok to use the power after it being so long?Does pressed face powder(coverup) EXPIRE or get not any good after a while?!?!?!?!!?

Get rid of the powder asap, yes all make up expires. Throw all make up away that is a year or more old.
No, throw it away. Just like mascara and lipstick, powder, foundation, eyeshadows/blush, all can go bad.
You are taking oil off your face and putting it into the powder container, and then returning it to your face everytime you use it.
Everything has an expiration or shelf life - including water!
So throw it away.
