Well, it all depends on what the bumps are but, baby powder isn't really going to help anything unless you have a weeping rash. For acne, use a gentle cleanser and apply a drop of lavender essential oil three times a day. If it's not acne it could be any number of things: wind burn, rosacea, keratosis, allergic reaction, etc. If you don't know what caused the bumps and they have only recently appeared it would be a good idea to see a dermatologist.
Baby powder wouldn't help that much. What you need to do is cleanse your face with pro-active. It works for many others. Keep your face clean and wash it several times a day.
crush up asprin and put some on your face like a mask.


or try alum or tea tree oil


and when you go to sleep out Neosporin on your face.

baby powder will clog your skin and probably make it worse. Try to find a good face cleaner. I like the Aveeno line. I have sensitive skin, and it works well for me.
i wouldn't use baby powder, i would use ponds dry skin cream, i get breakouts alot and its from dry skin i would use that you can get it at Walgreen's, wall-mart, and hyvee, or any drugstore.
