Face powder for combination skin?

i hv an oily t-zone %26amp; dry skin on my cheeks esp at the mouth area. a friend told me to use a water based face powder and I'm not too sure of the product to be use. advise anyone and also i need it to be available in singapore. pricing also if possible.
