Rimmel does face powders for 拢3.49 (before they cut VAT, so It'll be less now :D )


and for Foundation, off the top of my head, you might be able to get the Dream Matte Mousse from Maybelliene 拢4.84, or the Bourjois 10 Hour Sleep Effect foundation, which is 拢6.76


Of course, if you got a powder foundation, you would be able to get away with out the powder.
