If I use SPF 15 moisturizer, then SPF 15 face powder, is it like using SPF 30?
SPF 15 is SPF 15 no matter how many layers of it you put on. At least you are using product with SPF in it.If I use SPF 15 moisturizer, then SPF 15 face powder, is it like using SPF 30?
