Okay i know conceler is to cover up you blemishes, scares etc.
Foundation is to cover up after you put on conceler so it looks natural. Then whats powder for? Like whats the purpose of it to keep out of oil? Then when do i put it on first, last? What is face powder for?
To help cut down on shine and to set your foundation. You put it on last. What is face powder for?
i think it is for when you want your skin to look pailer you put it on. or mayb its to smoothen up the blotchy parts of your skin
so you wont see your pimples or something
you put it on last.and it does work best for oily skin, removing the shine that oil sometimes leaves on the skin.
k.....heres the thing, the foundation goes on first- it evens out your skin tone and hides some minor blemishes.......but the foundation can tend to look fake and can get greasy and can rub off, but powder cover up just makes it look natural and it makes your look last longer and not be so greasy. and you put the powder cover up on last
It is oil control, and shine help. It should go on last. So, first concealer, foundation, powder. It gives a polished look.

Face powder is to control the oil from your face and to give a matte finish. oh yeah and to set your foundation so it can last longer.
you first put on foundation, then you put on concealer on the blemishes/scars that are noticeable after you put the foundation, and finally you put the face powder. i also recommend put on lotion before you put foundation.

It absorbs excess oil on your face, so it helps keep your foundation matte and stops it from melting off your face. It's also good for keeping eyeshadow in place.
It can be used as a quick makeup in place of foundation or as a smoother after foundation and blush. If you do it the 2nd way, put it on lightly--otherwise, you will have the sandy look and look as though you've spent 40 days in the desert.
Powder goes on dead last to polish your face off with a matte'd look. Looking oily equals looking ';dirty';. Use the foundation sparingly though or else you'll just look old and tired.
It absorbs excess oil and seals your foundation. It reduces shine. You put it on last %26amp; also use it after a few hours for touch up.
