oh i have those too.. i dont like them either. Try Bare Essentials (they also call it bare minerals) from Sephora. its like 25$ for a thing of mineral powder cover up but it lasts a long time... doesn't clog your pores, and you can get the starter kit for 65$ and that comes with 2 shades of cover up... and two brushes. I highly recomend it plus its all natural :P
You can actually get cover up for under your eyes. I use it and it has worked really well. I also find that if you get a foundation that is lighter than your normal shade, that works too because the skin under your eyes is normally lighter than the rest of your skin. Hope that helps!
